"Mess!"
Tonight we stripped Evan down for his bath and he sat on his "poppy" (potty) for about 2 seconds like every other night for the past several weeks. We are going about the potty training slowly and don't really have a method at this point. When he got off the poppy, he ran out of the room buck naked for a second and ran back in declaring "Mess! Mess! Mess!". Brian put him in the tub and then went out to see what he was referring to. Right at the doorway to our room, there was a little wet spot where he peed. He did make a mess. He was just letting us know! Now if we could just have him do that about 2 minutes earlier on the poppy, we'd be making progress.
